- expand.network seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Consultant. You will be responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence. You will be the owner of our CRM, salesforce.com, and provide day-to-day support for the sales team.
In this role, you will establish and own efficient and effective processes to help enable revenue growth and drive productivity, specifically within the sales team. As Salesforce Consultant, you are responsible for ensuring that the sales team consistently and correctly uses the systems/tools/processes you establish.
Responsibilities- Implement, improve, and own the sales processes to support lead generation, current customer management, and overall sales initiatives.
Manage and maintain sales data in salesforce.com (CRM) and other software programs
- Provide reports, modeling, forecasts, and data based on KPIs and statistical studies for the sales team and company
- Manage and maintain sales process adherence with the sales team and other expand team members as needed
